So, I decided to give IPTV Faster (PNG LIVES FASTER) a shot a couple of months ago. I’ve used various other services throughout the years and their website looked legit, so I went ahead and got started with a 30 day package. Unfortunately, I was immediately disappointed by the number of unwatchable (no sound / no video) channels. There are 10 channels that I was really looking forward to having and I’m not exaggerating when I say that 7 of these 10 are unwatchable.

I created a ticked in the support section – a very legit looking support section – but instead of my ticket getting replied, it got deleted. All in all, 3 support tickets have vanished from the support section without getting a reply. And while many channels suck, the auto renew / credit card charging system works like a charm. I have been auto-renewed a couple of times now and I have no clue how to stop this. I have sent various emails (4 or 5 in addition to my support tickets), but as you can guess, no reply.

I have filled in the contact form on the website and even replied to the payment confirmation and invoice emails. There has been no reaction and now I am stuck again for 30 days, with another unwanted auto renewal headed my way at the end of the month.

Any idea how this can be stopped? I just don’t want this service anymore. Should it be this hard / impossible to cancel?
